Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Not recommended for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain skin conditions (consultation required). Booking & Payment: Full payment is required online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are confirmed only once full payment is received. Treatment Preparation & Aftercare: Avoid sun exposure, tanning, chemical peels, or waxing 24–48 hours prior to treatment. Shaving the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment is recommended. After treatment, avoid direct sunlight, saunas, hot baths, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. Mild redness, swelling, or temporary irritation may occur and usually resolves within a few days. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the paid amount. Health & Safety: Treatments are performed using the Alma Laser machine. Luksus reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client. Non-Transferable Acceptance: By booking this service, clients agree to the terms of this policy.
