Eligibility: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Treatment Preparation & Aftercare: Avoid sun exposure, tanning, chemical peels, or waxing 24ā48 hours prior to treatment. After treatment, avoid direct sunlight, saunas, hot baths, and exfoliation for 24ā48 hours. Mild redness, swelling, or temporary irritation may occur and usually resolves within a few days. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. An appointment is considered a no-show if you do not attend and do not contact us to cancel or reschedule before your booking start time. In the event of a no-show, We will charge 50% of the scheduled service fee to the payment method on file or as an outstanding balance on your account. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings or refusal of further appointments. By booking an appointment with Luksus, you acknowledge and accept this no-show policy.
