Luksus Apointment policy Eligibility: Suitable for clients seeking long-lasting hair reduction on any body area. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Not recommended for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain skin conditions (consultation required). Treatment Preparation & Aftercare: Avoid sun exposure, tanning, chemical peels, or waxing 24–48 hours prior to treatment. Shaving the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment is recommended. Failure to shave the treatment areas will result in a 25 CHF fee per area shaved by the technician. After treatment, avoid direct sunlight, saunas, hot baths, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. Mild redness, swelling, or temporary irritation may occur and usually resolves within a few days. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. An appointment is considered a no-show if you do not attend and do not contact us to cancel or reschedule before your booking start time. In the event of a no-show, We will charge 50% of the scheduled service fee to the payment method on file or as an outstanding balance on your account. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings or refusal of further appointments. By booking an appointment with Luksus, you acknowledge and accept this no-show policy. Health & Safety: Treatments are performed using the Alma Laser machine. Luksus reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client. Acceptance: By booking this service, clients agree to the terms of this policy.
