How should you prepare?

Shaving: Follow our instructions on when to shave the area. If we need to shave it for you, an additional fee of CHF 25 per area applies.
Waxing and plucking: Ask us when to stop methods that remove hair from the root.
Sun exposure and tanning: Let us know about recent or planned holidays, tanning or sun exposure so we can advise on appointment timing.
Medication: Tell us about any medication you take, including antibiotics. Do not stop prescribed medication for a cosmetic appointment; contact us before attending so we can check whether treatment should be postponed.

What does the appointment feel like?

Your practitioner will explain the procedure before starting and check your comfort throughout. Sensations vary between clients and treatment areas, so we avoid promising a completely painless experience.

How often will you need appointments?

Laser treatment is most effective on hairs in their active growth phase. Because not all hairs are in this phase at the same time, several appointments are needed to target different cycles. We review your progress throughout your course and adjust the treatment plan where appropriate.
